If you ordered a single item: You may inspect it while the courier is present. If it’s not as expected, you can return it immediately with the courier.

Trying multiple sizes is not allowed: Ordering two sizes to choose between them is not permitted.
Partial returns are not allowed — the whole package must be accepted or returned.
