You can inspect your order while the courier is at your doorstep to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
If you ordered a single item: You may inspect it while the courier is present. If it’s not as expected, you can return it immediately with the courier.
Order contains multiple items:
If everything looks good: Accept the entire package.
If any item has an issue: Please accept the full order, and you may request a return for the specific item only — but you must inform us on the same day of delivery.
Trying multiple sizes is not allowed: Ordering two sizes to choose between them is not permitted.
Partial returns are not allowed — the whole package must be accepted or returned
Order Confirmation:
Shipping fees must be transferred in advance as a deposit to confirm the order.
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount upon delivery.
If the order is canceled after preparation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier service will attempt to reach you three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be automatically canceled.
